Dear Dave and Staff:
As you know, computer software does not have a coin chute or bill acceptor on it. Therefore, as an operator, it is difficult to spend time, money, and resources on something that doesn't generate any revenue. Converting and transitioning from one software to another is a truly daunting process for any operator.
I would like to personally thank you for making that process as smooth as humanly possible. You were there for us during every step of the process. From preparation to set-up to conversion to training to problem-solving to hand holding and encouraging, you were there with us every step of the way. Your patience with us was amazing. You spoiled us rotten with your attention to our needs. If we had a problem, we picked up the phone and usually had an answer within minutes. We challenged you and the software constantly and kept saying, "But we want it to do THIS." You responded almost instantaneously with program rewrites that solved our problems. We would've been totally lost in this process without your expert guidance and support.
Our account representatives all love their new Dolphin handhelds (which they refer to as "Flippers"). The automation of expenses has made their lives easier and has already reduced errors in math and accounting. Their favorite new saying is "Don't doubt Flipper!"
