The purchase of a Dolphin 6100 handheld from Coin ConneXion includes the main collections program. Most every collection-related function of ezRoute is supported by the Dolphin 6100, including taxes, shared expenses, elaborate commission schedules, and loan management. Each machine’s collection is included in the location summary, after which a variety of location receipts may be printed.
In addition to the collections program, there are three optional modules available for the Dolphin 6100: product inventory, service calls & machine moves, and wi-fi based transmission of data to & from the main office.
Product Inventory:
The product inventory module is used for tracking specific
items in the machine, such as high-value prizes in
Winners Cube or Barber Cut Lite machines. The handheld
tracks opening balance, additions, closing balance, and usage
for each item number. The totals of all product activity is
automatically transferred to the collections program when the
machine is collected.

Service Calls and Machine Moves:
Both service calls and machine moves are tracked in one module.
The Technician scans a barcode or selects a machine
from the list, then scans (or keys) the problem and solution codes as well
as other vital information for servicing the machine.
For machine moves, the technician keys the destination location,
then keys the meter readings (if applicable).
All activities are automatically date and time stamped by the handheld.

WiFi Transmissions:
The optional wi-fi program is used to transmit all
data files (collections, product inventory, service calls, machine moves)
to the main office from any available wi-fi hot spot. The collector
can also receive files from the main office via wi-fi,
eliminating the need to use a wired connection with a
docking station for uploads & downloads.
