Helpful Tips

This installer works only with Internet Explorer and browsers, such as Firefox, that already have Java installed. If Java is not installed, then IE is suggested so that you can take advantage of the Active-X control which automates the installation of the Java plug-in, and subsequent launch of the installer.

If your browser does not recognize the JNLP mime-type, then your browser does not have the Java plugin.

You should see the following option when launching:

Firefox and Similar Browsers

If you do not see the above option, then you need to install the plugin by installing the complete Java runtime. We recommend choosing the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6.0 from the list of download options .

Internet Explorer Users

If the Java plugin or automated installation did not occur, contact support.
