Coin ConneXion offers five different software licenses for handhelds. You only pay for the functionality that you want. In addition to the collections program, you may also purchase the service calls & machine moves license, the product inventory control license, and the Wi-Fi remote wand file transfer license.
When purchasing and installing handhelds, you also need software for your PC. There is a separate menu of selections for uploading and downloading handhelds from within ezRoute Pro, which includes the tools and reports needed for managing and analyzing the incoming data. For one nominal fee you receive the PC-side software, installation by our technicians, initial loading of your handheld, a collectors guide in booklet form, and a tutorial CD for your collector to become familiar with the operation of the handheld.
The purchase of Datamax/O’Neil printers from Coin ConneXion includes the receipts library with as many receipt formats as the customer desires, customized to their specs, with the programs to load them to the handheld, and the installation and training regarding configuring the marriage between the handheld and the printer.
