This module is designed for operators that need the ability to calculate and track commissions for participants other than the locations. These commissions can be based on vending or amusement collections.
The system allows an unlimited number of third-parties per location or locations per third-party.
Commission Schedules
Flexible commission schedules allow commission rates to vary per income category and location for each third party. Commissions can be calculated as a percentage of operator's share, fixed amount per collection, or a fixed amount per machine per day.
The third-party module has its own 1099-generating capabilities, separate from locations.
A variety of valuable reports are available including YTD sales and commissions reports.
Third Party Commission Checks
With the optional CheckRiter system, a check writing utility for third parties will also be available.
Through the location consolidation feature, one check can be written per third-party which includes commissions from multiple locations. The third-party CheckRiter is independent of the location CheckRiter, allowing different pay frequencies.
