Service Call Dispatching
Operators with a local area network and Coin ConneXion's network / multi-user license may elect to dedicate one work station to service call dispatching.
As incoming calls are received, requests for service are keyed into the dispatching system.
Calls awaiting assignment can be displayed with a single keystroke, and can be monitored by other computers on the network. Open calls can be filtered by super-route, city, or zip code to display appropriate calls for specific technicians. Assignment of service calls is quick and easy. Select one call from the display, enter the technician's initials, and print a work order if you like.
Upon completion of the call, the solution, parts used, and cost of repairs can be reported. The system automatically time stamps each function as it is performed: time received, time dispatched, time finished, and calculates elapsed times in the system and on assignment.
