ezRoute provides over 500 different report formats. In addition to the reports already mentioned, account lists and mailing labels, any type of machine inventory list with or without purchase or disposition information, rotation history reports, suggested rotation reports, daily/weekly/monthly collection reports, collection trends reports, reports of ranking by location/machine/manufacturer/name of machine, exception reports, tax reports, loan schedules and activity statements, location commissions reports, vehicle maintenance reports, weekly management summaries, meter journals, and many more are available. Because history files in our systems are perpetual and not automatically purged at the end of the year, reports may be printed which cover any user-defined time period.
The Report Wizard
Although ezRoute Pro includes an extensive library of pre-defined reports, many users prefer to create their own reports library. The Report Wizard is designed to allow users to design each report exactly as they would like it, selecting only those columns they want to see placed in the order they dictate.
The Report Wizard gives the user access to most every field of most every database stored in ezRoute. Create your own locations lists, machines lists, and collection analysis reports without limitation. You can even create calculated columns based on mathematical comparisons of other columns.
After creating a new report layout, store it as one of your favorites for fast recall. Users can share their reports with other users on the network.
Once reports are displayed, you may sort them in any fashion imaginable with subtotals at meaningful point. Export completed reports to Excel with one mouse click.
The Report Generator is another variation of the Report Wizard. It allows you to create report layouts from multiple files, such as combining location and machine information on the same report. Generate the report to the same Report Viewer used by the Report Wizard, and export the reports to Excel if you wish.
