Rotating machines between locations or to warehouses is extremely simple. Identify the machine you want to rotate, press a "hot" key for rotations, enter the new location or warehouse number, and enter the date moved. The system will automatically give you the ability to change what you want to track in the new location (i.e., quit tracking meters or start, track different meters, change commission split, record opening meter reading after the move, etc.)
A complete history of machine rotation is available for browsing on-screen. Separate records are created each time a machine is rotated between locations or to a warehouse for upgrades or repairs. Each of the rotation records stores the dates in and out, total days on location, and distinct revenue summaries. Per-location revenue summaries include cash required per meters, over/short vs. meters, actual cash in machine, sales taxes, expenses, net-to-divide, location share, operator share, and number of collections. Rotation financial information is stored in both total revenue and per-day averages for each location. The last collection date at each location is also recorded and displayed.
With the optional Power Users Module, redemption ticket value and ticket-to-cash percentages are stored for each location the machine has been placed in.
Kit Changes
Kit changes are simple:
- Rotate the game out of the location.
- Change the name of the game.
- Rotate it back into the location or to any new location. Same cabinet information (serial number, etc.), different game!
Since separate records are created for each rotation (including rotating a game out of a location for a kit change and back into the same location), you can directly analyze the financial performance of your machines before and after kit changes. Of course, you can also analyze the performance of a machine before and after rotations between locations.
