Locations

ezRoute stores all pertinent information about your locations including location name, address, city, state, three phone numbers, federal ID, contract expiration date, remit-to information for checks, information for 1099s, commission schedules, and more. In addition, ten user-defined fields are provided for tracking any other location information that you might require (e.g., location license number, collector's name, county, store number, etc.).

The system provides a versatile route numbering and collection scheduling system. Each location can be on up to eight different routes. You can also sequence the locations on each route, enabling you to print collection tickets in the order the locations are collected.

The location classification system allows you to define and analyze your locations by type (e.g., neighborhood bars, arcades, hotels, Wal-Marts, etc.). The super-route system provides another method of grouping locations for various purposes: locations belonging to separate companies, divisions of companies, geographic regions, collectors, or whatever you choose.

Consolidation System

The consolidation system provides for linking locations with the same owner (chain stores) or for dividing large locations into manageable areas. This unique feature will also automatically enable the printing of one consolidated commission check for a group of locations (if you are using the CheckRiter module).

Commission schedules can be set up by location or individual machine. For individual locations, commission percentages can be set up for each of six user-defined income categories. When machines are moved into a location, they default to the location commission schedule, but also can be changed so that each machine in a location has a different commission schedule.

Expense arrangements can be set up for the automatic calculation of any regularly deducted expense. These automatic expenses can be calculated at the location level (e.g., rent payments) or on individual machines (e.g., regular license expense deductions).
