Full-Line vending operators will find Coin ConneXion's Full Line Vending Module to be a full-featured, extremely capable system for inventory and collections management.
The Full Line Vending module is fully integrated with ezRoute. All of your vending location and machine information is entered in the same files that contain your amusement location and machine information. Separate collections data entry and inventory control programs are provided for full-line vending due to the very different natures of the two businesses.
Collections can be reported by location or individual machine. With the Full-Line Vending module activated, eight additional income categories are available.
If reporting collections by individual machine, the level of inventory tracking during collections is up to you: track by category in the machine (candy bars, pastries, chips, etc.), track individual items (M&Ms, Snickers, Cheetos, etc.), or if you prefer, no tracking at all.
Inventory control functions are extremely flexible. Separate tracking for three unit measures per item are available (cash/box/bar). The system is capable of tracking inventory for multiple warehouses, trucks, and individual machines.
Since the locations file is shared with ezRoute, 1099 reporting can automatically combine amusement and vending revenues, if desired.
