Fixed Asset Manager

Coin ConneXion's fixed asset management program stores complete depreciation schedules of ALL your fixed assets, including kits, office furniture, shop equipment, and vehicles in addition to coin-operated machines.

The system includes a dictionary of depreciation schedules, including straight line, ACRS, MACRS, income forecasting, and others. In addition, you can create your own schedules to generate any type of depreciation you desire, varying in length from one to ten years.

Depreciation schedules for specific assets or groups of assets can be changed easily (e.g., straight-line to MACRS) for calculating "what-if" scenarios.

Depreciation calculations can also be quickly displayed or printed for any calendar year, fiscal year, or portion of year for past, present, or future time periods.

Income Forecasting

For selected types of machines (typically video games), the income forecast depreciation method may be advantageous to operators. This method uses the actual and projected income of the game as the basis for calculating depreciation. The Fixed Asset Manager provides versatile and comprehensive tools for the proper calculation of depreciation using income forecasting as defined by the AMOA.

Initially, you may elect to use AMOA published industry standard percentages whenever the income forecasting depreciation method is selected. When a sufficient history of machine earnings is available, the industry projections are replaced with those based on your own revenue experience.

The system accumulates the machine earnings history in a special database designed specifically for income forecasting, from which a variety of reports can be generated.
