The Executive Manager
Use this amazing tool to select any unique group of locations or machines in your company, then view the following displays for that group:
- Collection Trends
- Display any number of weeks or months of collection data by gross, commissions, or operator net, with weekly averages. Drill down on any location shown for a list of all machines, or on any machine shown for a complete rotation history. Various graphing selections are available.
- Ranking
- Display selected locations or machines in best-to-worst or worst-to-best order based on gross, commissions, or operator net, for any period of time.
- Comparison
- Display gross, commissions, or operator net for any two time periods for selected locations or machines, including the difference (increase or decrease) in amounts and percentages.
- 12-Week or 12-Month Totals
- Display the financial totals of the selected machines or locations as a group for any 12-week or 12-month period, including gross, commissions, and operator net.
The Location Manager
The purpose of this powerful tool is to focus on one location at a time, to analyze most any aspect of that location in a quick yet comprehensive manner. Selections include:
- Location Master Record Information
- View most of the pertinent information stored in the master record, including contacts, route schedule, contract information, etc.
- Current Machines List
- Display all machines currently at the location, including date in and revenue totals. Drill down on any machine for complete collection detail.
- Previous Machines List
- Display all machines previously at the location, including dates in and out and revenue totals. Drill down on any machine for complete collection information.
- Collection Analysis
- This versatile tool displays collection detail for the entire location for any period of time, or weekly / monthly totals across a broad period.
- Service Calls
- Display service call detail for the entire location.
The Machine Manager
The purpose of this powerful tool is to focus on one machine or a select group of machines (i.e. “golf games”), and to analyze most any aspect of the performance of those machines. Selections include:
- Machine Master Record Information
- View pertinent information stored in the master record, including identity, licensing, meter configuration, commission schedule, expenses, and more.
- Collection History
- Display a complete detailed collection history of each machine selected.
- Rotation History
- View the rotation history of each machine with earnings information in each location.
- Service Calls
- View a complete history of service calls for each machine.
