Coin ConneXion's CheckRiter system is a full-featured program for printing commission checks. Commission checks can be printed to locations and to third parties that receive a commission on the revenue of any location (with the third party module).
Commission checks can be generated after each collection, monthly, or quarterly. Each location's pay frequency is set independently. Separate CheckRiter files are maintained for amusement commissions, vending commissions, and third party commissions, providing flexibility for differing pay cycles. Amusement and vending commissions may be combined into one check run.
The checks-to-be-printed report gives you the opportunity to proof the checks that will be generated and make changes to any portion of the check run. Flexible check printing utilities allow you to print checks for all locations with payment due in one step, or just one location at a time. Check reprinting utilities allow you to reprint any single check or any series of checks that you define. Printer jams are not a problem! The check reversal utility allows corrections to be made after checks are printed if mistakes are found.
Any standard (repeating) deductions only need to be set up once and are then deducted from checks on whatever interval you choose. Automatic deductions can be generated for loans. In this case printing the check posts the payment to the loan automatically.
Through the location consolidation feature, multiple locations' commissions can be combined into one check.
System-generated blank checks are available for advances. Handwritten and voided checks can be tracked to give you a complete audit trail for preprinted checks.
The CheckRiter accommodates negative commissions (pay-outs exceed cash-in). The system waits until the location has generated sufficient commissions to exceed the negative commission, then it processes a check to the location for the net amount due.
